Healing Intergenerational Traumas

“We are facing traumas from multiple lifetimes”

In a light and reflective conversation, Jay Naidoo used his personal spiritual journey of self-discovery to address the question: What will it take to heal people, land and cities? For him, Credo Mutwa and his deep understanding of African spirituality is a reference point for looking into history and African spirituality to understand our place in the world. Part of the restoration of land is healing ourselves and everyone faces traumas from multiple lifetimes. Therefore, Jay believes that having a closer connection to our lineage and family histories can be a start in healing these intergenerational traumas.
